Minutes of West Lafayette Village Council Regular Meeting on October 15, 2001

West Lafayette Village Council met in a special session at 5:30 P.M., in the municipal building with Mayor Jack Patterson presiding.

Roll Call:        Steve Bordenkircher, Kelly Gossett, Ron Lusk, Dave Rogers, Roger Warne and Jan Shannon

(5 members present)  Council member Shannon was absent.

Subject: Review the bids for the tanker truck and possible action to proceed with the purchase.

Lusk / Rogers made and seconded a motion to accept the bid of Finley Fire Equipment in the amount of $69,500.00 less $4800.00 trade in allowance for the old tanker truck resulting in a net price of $64,700.00.  (R.C. 5 yes)

Bordenkircher / Lusk made and seconded a motion to adjourn. (R.C. 5 yes)
