A RESOLUTION FOR THE PURCHASE OF PAYROLL AND WORD INTEGRATION
SOFTWARE AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
Whereas, the Village of West Lafayette, Ohio wishes to continue upgrading
the computerized integration of the accounting system;
Whereas, the Village of West Lafayette, Ohio, currently owns license to Sanderson
CMI software for Finance, Utility Billing and Income Tax;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF WEST LAFAYETTE,
STATE of OHIO as follows;
Section 1. That the council hereby authorizes said
purchase of Payroll/Personnel and MS Word Integration software modules,
in the amount of $13,700, which includes license fees, installation and
training for two (2) from Sanderson CMI.
Section 2. That the Village Administrator and/or
Clerk-Treasure shall be and herewith authorized
to prepare and sign all documents necessary
to make said order and purchase with Sanderson
CMI.
Section 3. This Resolution shall be and herewith
is declared an emergency measure, necessary
for the health, and welfare of the Village of West
Lafayette, Ohio. The emergency being the need for implementing the system
at the close of the first quarter (April 1, 2001) and this Resolution shall
therefore take effect immediately upon passage by Council.
