RESOLUTION TO ADVANCE $20,000.00 TO THE SEWER FUND AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village of West Lafayette, State of Ohio, County of Coshocton:

Section I:          That there be and hereby be advanced the sum of $20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand and no cents) to the Sewer Fund  (602) from the Water Fund (601).

Section II:         This resolution is necessary pending the receipt of normal revenue for the Sewer Fund for services rendered.

Section III:       This resolution is hereby declared an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public welfare and safety of the Village of West Lafayette, Ohio.  This Resolution shall therefore take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage by Council and the approval of the Mayor.
