RESOLUTION TO AMEND APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE 06-2001,
ADDING $6873.75 TO THE STREET FUND AND $1520.00 TO THE WATER FUND AND DECLARING
AN EMERGENCY
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the Village
of West Lafayette, State of Ohio, County of Coshocton:
Section I: That there be and hereby be added to the Street Fund
Appropriations
$6873.75 (Six Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-Three Dollars
and 75 cents)
as follows: $6873.75 201.202.525000 Capital Outlay
Section II: That there be and hereby be added to the Water Fund
Appropriations
$1520.00 (One Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Dollars and 00 cents)
as follows: $1520.00 601.106.523000 Contr. Services
Distribution
Section II: This resolution is hereby declared an emergency measure
necessary for the immediate preservation of the public welfare and safety
of the Village of West Lafayette, Ohio. This Resolution shall therefore take
effect and be in force immediately upon its passage by Council and the approval
of the Mayor.
