RESOLUTION TO AMEND APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE 06-2001,
ADDING $10,155.42 TO THE STREET FUND, $3412.00 TO THE POOL FUND AND $17,500
TO THE WATER FUND AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the Village
of West Lafayette, State of Ohio, County of Coshocton:
Section I: That there be and hereby be added to the Street Fund
Appropriations
$10,155.42 (Ten Thousand One Hundred Fifty-Five Dollars and
42 cents)
as follows: $10,155.42 201.202.525000 Capital Outlay
Section II: That there be and hereby be added to the Pool Fund
Appropriations
$3412.00 (Three Thousand Four Hundred Twelve Dollars and 00
cents)
as follows: $3412.00 605.605.525000 Cap Outlay-Equipment
Section III: That there be and hereby be added to the Water Fund
Appropriations
$17,500.00 (Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars
and no cents)
as follows: $17,500.00 601.105.525004 Cap Imprvs.-Phase

Section IV: This resolution is hereby declared an emergency measure
necessary for the immediate preservation of the public welfare and safety
of the Village of West Lafayette, Ohio. This Resolution shall therefore take
effect and be in force immediately upon its passage by Council and the approval
of the Mayor.
