RESOLUTION TO TRANSFER $20,000 FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE STREET FUND AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the Village of West Lafayette, State of Ohio, County of Coshocton:

Section I:          That there be and hereby be transferred the sum of $20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand  Dollars and no cents) to the Street Fund  (201) from the General Fund (101).

Section II:         This resolution is necessary to partially fund the capital improvement projects of paving East Russell Ave. and South Oak St.

Section III:       This resolution is hereby declared an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public welfare and safety of the Village of West Lafayette, Ohio.  This Resolution shall therefore take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage by Council and the approval of the Mayor.
