RESOLUTION TO AMEND APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE 06-2001, ADDING $20,000 TO THE STREET FUND FOR 2001 PAVING PROJECTS, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the Village of West Lafayette, State of Ohio, County of Coshocton:

Section I:          That there be and hereby be added to the Street Fund Appropriations

                        $20,000.00  (Twenty Thousand Dollars and 00 cents)

                        as follows:        $20,000.00 201.202.525000   Capital Outlay

Section II:         This resolution is hereby declared an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public welfare and safety of the Village of West Lafayette, Ohio.  This Resolution shall therefore take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage by Council and the approval of the Mayor.
