RESOLUTION TO ALLOCATED $100.00 OF THE POOL FUND LINE
ITEM 605.305.524000 (SUPPLIES) YEARLY TO PETTY CASH FOR MINOR PURCHASES TO
OPERATE THE SWIMMING POOL AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the Village of West Lafayette, State of
Ohio, County of Coshocton:
Section I: That there be and hereby be $100.00 (One Hundred Dollars and
no cents) of the Pool Fund line item 605.305.524000 (Supplies) allocated each
year to petty cash for the day to day minor expenses incurred in the pool
operation.
Section II: That the Pool Manager be directly responsible for control
and safe keeping of these funds and receipts for expenditures made with
these funds.
Section III: That the purchases be for but not limited to such items as
cleaning supplies, office supplies, and postage not to exceed $15.00
per purchase.
Section IV: That the village clerk / treasurer audit these funds and receipts
a minimum of monthly during the pool season.
Section V: This resolution is hereby declared an emergency measure to have
these funds available for the opening of the pool season. This resolution
shall therefore take effect and be in full force immediately upon passage
by Council.
