RESOLUTION TO AMEND APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE 06-2001, ADDING $20,200 TO THE GENERAL FUND AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the Village of West Lafayette, State of Ohio, County of Coshocton:

Section I:     That there be and hereby added to the General Fund Appropriations                $20,200.00 (Twenty Thousand Two Hundred Dollars and no cents) as follows:

              $8000.00    101.102.52500     Equipment Capital Outlay (0100007)

                                      (SCBA Purchase)

              $7200.00    101.109.525000   Capital Outlay Land & Bldg (0100008)

                                      (Council Chamber Roof)

              $5000.00    101.704.523600   Insurance Clerk/Treasurer

                                      (Workers Comp Bill 2000)

Section II:    This resolution is hereby declared an emergency measure for the immediate preservation of public welfare and safety of the Village of West Lafayette, Ohio. This resolution shall therefore take effect and be in full force immediately upon its passage by council.
