RESOLUTION TO TRANSFER $3000.00 TO THE POOL FUND FROM THE GENERAL FUND AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the Village of West Lafayette, State of Ohio, County of Coshocton:

Section I:     That there be and hereby be transferred the sum of $3000.00 (Three Thousand              Dollars and no cents) to the Pool Fund from the General Fund.

Section II:    This resolution is hereby declared an emergency measure necessary for the            immediate preservation of the public welfare and safety of the Village of West               Lafayette, Ohio. This resolution shall therefore take effect and be in full force upon its

passage by Council and the approval of the Mayor.

Passed by Council this 25th day of June, 2001.
