RESOLUTION TO AMEND APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE 06-2001, ADDING $4,000 TO THE POOL, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the Village of West Lafayette, State of Ohio, County of Coshocton:

Section I:          That there be and hereby be added to the Pool Fund Appropriations

                        $4,000.00  (Four Thousand Dollars and 00 cents)

                        as follows:       

$2,000.00   605.305.521100   Wages

                                        $200.00    605.305.523200   Communications

                                         $800.00    605.305.524000   Supplies

                                      $1000.00    605.310.524200   Concession Supplies

Section II:         This resolution is hereby declared an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public welfare and safety of the Village of West Lafayette, Ohio.  This Resolution shall therefore take effect and be in force immediately upon passage by Council.
