RESOLUTION TO TRANSFER $1000.00 TO THE POOL FUND, $35,000 TO THE DEBT SERVICE FUND, AND $6500 TO THE SEWER FUND FROM THE GENERAL FUND AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the Village of West Lafayette, State of Ohio, County of Coshocton:

Section I:     That there be and hereby be transferred the sum of $1000.00 (One Thousand            Dollars and no cents) to the Pool Fund from the General Fund.

Section II:    That there be and hereby be transferred the sum of $35,000 (Thirty-Five Thousand Dollars and no cents) to the Debt Service Fund (302) from previously appropriated funds in line items 101.102.526100 and 101.102.526200.

Section III:  That there be and hereby be transferred the sum of $6500.00 (Six Thousand Five           Hundred Dollars and no cents) to the Sewer Fund.

Section IV:  This resolution is hereby declared an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public welfare and safety of the Village of West Lafayette, Ohio, the emergency being the need to meet current and future obligations. This resolution shall therefore take effect and be in full force upon its passage by Council.
