RESOLUTION TO AMEND APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE 06-2001, ADDING $9,144.51 TO THE GENERAL FUND, $35,000.00 TO THE DEBT SERVICE FUND, $213,488.00 TO THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FUND, $3000.00 TO THE WATER FUND, $6500.00 TO THE SEWER FUND AND $1000.00 TO THE POOL FUND, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the Village of West Lafayette, State of Ohio, County of Coshocton:

Section I:     That there be and hereby be added to the General Fund Appropriation $9,144.51               (Nine Thousand One Hundred Forty-four dollars and 51 cents) as follows:

              $9144.51    101.102.525001   Capital outlay—4x4 truck

Section II:    That there be and hereby be added to the Debt Service Fund Appropriations             $35,000.00 (Thirty Five Thousand dollars and no cents) as follows:

              $25,000.00 302.801.526100   Fire Truck Debt Principal

              $10,000.00 302.801.526200   Fire Truck Debt Interest

Section III:  That there be and hereby be added to the Capital Improvements Fund

          Appropriations $213,488.00 (Two Hundred Thirteen Thousand, Four Hundred             Eighty-Eight Dollars and no cents) as follows:

              $200,000.00    401.106.523000   Phase 3 Contractor Services

                $13,488.00    401.106.523400   Phase 3 Engineers Services

Section IV:  That there be and hereby be added to the Water Fund Appropriations  $3000.00

          (Three Thousand dollars and no cents) as follows:

              $3000.00    601.107.524000   Water Meters Supplies

Section V:   That there be and hereby be added to the Sewer Fund Appropriation $6500.00

          (Six Thousand Five Hundred dollars and no cents) as follows:

              $6500.00    602.109.525001   Sewer Plant Renovations

Section VI:  That there be and hereby added to the Pool Fund Appropriations $1000 (One Thou      sand dollars and no cents) as follows:

              $1000.00    605.305.521100   Wages

Section VII: This resolution is hereby declared an emergency measure necessary for the

          immediate preservation of the public welfare and safety of the Village of

          West Lafayette, Ohio. This resolution shall therefore take effect and be in force

          immediately upon passage by Council.
