RESOLUTION TO AMEND APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE 06-2001
ADDING $72,150.00 TO THE GENERAL FUND AND $20,000 TO THE WATER FUND AND DECLARING
AN EMERGENCY
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the Village
of West Lafayette, State of Ohio, County of Coshocton:
Section I That there be and hereby be added to
the General Fund Appropriations

Hundred Fifty Dollars and no cents)

Section III: This resolution is hereby declared
an emergency measure necessary for the
immediate preservation
of the public welfare and safety of the Village of West Lafayette, Ohio. The
emergency being the upgrading of fire equipment necessary to protect lives
and property and repair of roof prior to the winter season. This resolution
shall therefore take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage by
the council.
