A RESOLUTION TO REPAY FUND ADVANCES OF $20,000 TO THE SEWER FUND FROM THE WATER FUND AND $10,000 TO THE POOL FUND FROM THE GENERAL FUND

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the Village of West Lafayette, State of Ohio, County of Coshocton:

Section I:     That there be and hereby be returned to the Water Fund (601) the sum of

          $20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand Dollars and no cents) from the Sewer Fund (602).

Section II:    That there be and hereby be returned to the General Fund (101) the sum of

          $10,000 (Ten Thousand Dollars and no cents) from the Pool Fund (605).

This resolution shall take effect thirty (30) days following passage by the council.

Passed by Council this 22nd day of October, 2001.
