RESOLUTION TO TRANSFER $5000.00 TO THE STREET FUND AND $2,000 TO THE DEBT SERVICE FUND FROM THE GENERAL FUND AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the Village of West Lafayette, State of Ohio, County of Coshocton:

Section I:     That there be and hereby be transferred the sum of $5000.00 (Five Thousand            Dollars and no cents) to the Street Fund from the General Fund from previously             appropriated funds in line items:     101.701.522000     $1000.00

                                 101.702.524000     $900.00

                                 101.109.523500   $1100.00

                                 101.109.525000   $1000.00

                                 101.704.523700     $500.00

                                 101.710.524000     $500.00   

Section II:    That there be and hereby be transferred the sum of $2,000 (Two Thousand Dollars and no cents) to the Debt Service Fund (302) from previously appropriated funds in line items 101.102.52111.

Section III:  This resolution is hereby declared an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public welfare and safety of the Village of West Lafayette, Ohio, the emergency being the need to meet current and future  obligations which include capital improvements. This resolution shall therefore take effect and be in full force upon its passage by Council.
