RESOLUTION TO AMEND APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE 06-2001 ADDING $25,000.00 TO THE STREET FUND AND $2,000 TO THE DEBT SERVICE FUND AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the Village of West Lafayette, State of Ohio, County of Coshocton:

Section I That there be and hereby be added to the Street Fund Appropriations

          $25,000.00 (Twenty Five Thousand Dollars and no cents) as follows:

$25,000.00      201.202.525000             Capital Outlay - Street Maint.

Section II:    That there be and hereby be added to the Debt Service Fund Appropriations

          $2,000.00 (Two Thousand Dollars and no cents) as follows:

$1750.00         302.801.526101

Debt Principal -  Tanker Fire Truck

$250.00      302.801.526201

Debt Interest -  Tanker Fire Truck

Section III:  This resolution is hereby declared an emergency measure necessary for the       immediate preservation of the public welfare and safety of the Village of West               Lafayette, Ohio. The emergency being the need to meet current obligations for capital

improvement projects. This resolution shall therefore take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage by the council.
