RESOLUTION TO AMEND 2002 PERMANENT APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE 2001-46, ADDING $113,724.41 TO THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND, $12,240.59 TO THE WATER FUND, AND $6500.00 TO THE SEWER FUND

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the Village of West Lafayette, State of Ohio, County of Coshocton:

Section I:     That there be and hereby be added to the Capital Improvement Fund appropriations $113,724.41 (One Hundred Thirteen Thousand, Seven Hundred Twenty-Four Dollars and 41 cents) as follows:

Section II: That there be and hereby be added to the Water Fund appropriations $12,240.59 (Twelve Thousand, Two Hundred Forty Dollars and 59 cents) as follows:

                        Phase III Waterline                                               $12,240.59           601.106.525002

Section III:   That there be and hereby be added to the Sewer Fund appropriations $6500.00 (Six Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars and no cents) as follows:

                        STP Renovation Feasibility Study                     $6500.00              602.105.525001

This resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately upon its passage by Council.
