A RESOLUTION TO REPAY A FUND ADVANCE OF $6000 TO THE GENERAL FUND FROM THE DEBT SERVICE FUND

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the Village of West Lafayette, State of Ohio, County of Coshocton:

Section I:     That there be and hereby be returned to the General Fund (101) the sum of $6000.00                  (Six Thousand Dollars and no cents) from the Debt Service Fund (302).

This resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately upon passage by Council.
