A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE 2002 PERMANENT APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE 2001-46 BY ADDING $10,000 TO THE GENERAL FUND AND TRANSFERRING $10,000 FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE POOL FUND

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the Village of West Lafayette, State of Ohio, County of Coshocton:

Section I:     That there be and hereby be added to the General Fund appropriations $10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Dollars and no cents) as follows:

                        General Fund Transfer-Out      $10,000.00           101.000.599999

Section II:    That the Finance Committee of Council of the Village of West Lafayette does hereby recommend that moneys from the general fund be used to assist in pool operations for the 2002 season;

Section III:   That there be and hereby be transferred to the sum of $10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Dollars and no cents) to the Pool Fund (605) from the General Fund (101).

This resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately upon passage by council.
