A RESOLUTION TO AMEND
THE 2002 PERMANENT APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE 2001-46 BY ADDING
$11,651 TO THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FUND AND $28,250 TO THE
WATER FUND
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the Village of West Lafayette,
State of Ohio, County of Coshocton:
Section I That there be and hereby added to the Capital
Improvements Fund $11,651.00
(Eleven Thousand Six Hundred Fifty-One Dollars
and no cents) as follows:
P3 Contractor Svcs $11,651.00

Section II That there be and hereby added to the Water
Fund $28,250.00 (Twenty Eight Thousand Two Hundred Fifty
Dollars and no cents) as follows:
Cap Imprv – Phase 3 $28,250.00
601.106.525002
This resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately
upon passage by council.
