RESOLUTION TO AMEND 2002 PERMANENT APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE 2001-46, ADDING $11,400 TO THE WATER FUND (601) FOR THE PENN-MICHIGAN PHASE I ASSESSMENT

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the Village of West Lafayette, State of Ohio, County of Coshocton:

Section I:     That there be and hereby be added to the Water Fund appropriations $11,400.00
     (Eleven Thousand Four Hundred Dollars and no cents) as follows:

                        Cap Out-Penn-Mich project         $11,400.00           601.109.525003

This resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately upon its passage by Council.

Passed by Council this 11^th day of November 2002.
