RESOLUTION TO AMEND 2002 PERMANENT APPROPRIATION
ORDINANCE 2001-46, ADDING $2640 TO THE WATER FUND (601) FOR
THE 2002 DEBT PAYMENT FOR PHASE III WATER LINE REPLACEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the Village of West Lafayette,
State of Ohio, County of Coshocton:
Section I: That there be and hereby be added to the Water
Fund appropriations $2,640.00
(Two Thousand Six Hundred Forty Dollars and no cents) as follows:
Debt Princ OPWC Phase III Loan
$2,640.00 601.801.526104
This resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately
upon its passage by Council.
Passed by Council this 25th day of November 2002.
