ORDINANCE TO ADOPT A SECTION 150 BUILDING CODE, SECTION 155 SUBDIVISION REGULATION, AND SECTION 156 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT RELOCATION ASSISTANCE PLAN AS PART OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE VILLAGE OF WEST LAFAYETTE, OHIO

BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of West Lafayette, State of Ohio:

            Section I:          That Council desires to enact an ordinance in preparation for potential zoning to establish and adopt a new Section 150 Building Code, a Section 155 Subdivision Regulations, and a Section 156 Community Development Block Grant Relocation Assistance Plan as part of the Code of Ordinances for the Village of West Lafayette, Ohio.

            Section II:         That new Section 150, Section 155, and Section 156 be and hereby are enacted and adopted as attached hereto as Exhibit A and contained entirely as though completely re-written.

            Section III:        That this ordinance together with attached Exhibit A shall be passed and take effect and be in force as a non-emergency measure after three readings and approval by the Mayor.
