A RESOLUTION TO REPAY AN ADVANCE OF $150,000 FROM THE WATER FUND (601) TO THE RIVERFRONT ESTATES CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND (403)

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the Village of West Lafayette, State of Ohio, County of Coshocton:

Section I:          That there be and hereby be returned to the Water Fund (601) the sum of $150,000 (One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars and no cents) from the Riverfront Estates Capital Improvements Fund (403).

This resolution shall take effect and be in full force at the earliest time allowable by law upon passage by Council.
