ORDINANCE TO ADOPT A SECTION 152 PLANNING AND ZONING CODE, AND SECTION 154 SIGNS AS PART OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE VILLAGE OF WEST LAFAYETTE, OHIO

BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of West Lafayette, State of Ohio:

            Section I:          That Council desires to enact an ordinance to provide for planning and zoning and sign regulation in the Village of West Lafayette, Ohio as a part of the Code of Ordinances of West Lafayette, Ohio.

            Section II:         That new Section 152, and Section 154 be and hereby are enacted and adopted as attached hereto as Exhibit A and contained entirely herein as though fully re-written.

            Section III:       That council declares that the appropriate public hearing and notice of hearing have taken place for Section 152, and Section 154, by the Planning Commission together with the appropriate notice and hearing pertaining to the zoning map.

            Section III:       That this ordinance together with attached Exhibit A shall be passed and take effect and be in force as a non-emergency measure after three readings and approval by the Mayor.
