A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE 2003 PERMANENT APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE 2002-38, ADDING $10,692 TO THE GENERAL FUND (101) AND TRANSFERRING $2000 TO THE STREET FUND (201) AND $2500 TO THE POOL FUND (605) FROM THE GENERAL FUND (101)

Section I:          That there be and hereby be added to the General Fund (101) appropriations the sum of $10,692 (Ten Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-Two Dollars and no cents) as follows:

                                    101.000.59999            Fund Transfer Out        $4500

                                    101.704.52360            Clerk-Insurance            $6192

Section II:         That there be and hereby be transferred to the Street Fund (201) $2000 (Two Thousand Dollars and no cents) from the General Fund (101)

Section III:       That there be and hereby be transferred to the Pool Fund (605) $2500 (Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and no cents) from the General Fund (101)

This resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately upon passage by Council.
