at 7:00 P.M., in the municipal building with Mayor Jack L. Patterson
presiding.

for Driver Standard Ordinance A motion was made and seconded to suspend the

CCR Report will be distributed last week of June.
Progress meeting for Waste Water project. Moving along well. Weather
creating some problems. Contractor had to order new trusses because of loss
due to weather. Keeping in contact with ODOT and Apache regarding
progress. New handicap accessible curbs are being installed. Need opinion
from Columbia Gas regarding gas leak on King Street. Phase II funding close
to resubmission.

Met to start budget process.
Fire 18 runs with month. Received grant from Ohio Fire
Marshall that is to be used for protective clothing and misc.

Insurance Tom to check on booklets.
Ordinance Discussed building permits and building codes. Question
was raised if a property owner removes a sidewalk does it have to be
replaced? Standards of Construction require sidewalks and that they be
constructed from concrete.

Chamber Strawberry Festival went well. Homecoming July 14-17.
Full day of activities on Saturday. Workers are needed.
Utility Noted that delinquent waters bills are down

Clerk CMI was here and replaced path in Tax program.
Taxes are current with 4-5 anticipated refunds.
