at 7:00 P.M., in the municipal building with Mayor Jack L. Patterson
presiding.

was made and seconded to excuse member Steve Bordenkircher from the meeting.

Mayor’s
Correspondence – Letter from Mary Beck regarding Formula Grant – Street
Improvement, gay street paving. Formula Grant $14,221.00, matching
$3,555.00 for a total of $17,776.00. Will be submitted July 16, 2004.
Letter from Mayor’s Association of Ohio. Membership
dues are $20.00. A motion was made and seconded to approve the cost of dues
(RC 5 yes)
Mayor to check with Commissioners for more
information regarding Water/Sewer Advisory Board appointment.
