West Lafayette Village Council met in regular session
at 7:00 P.M., in the municipal building with Mayor Jack L. Patterson
presiding.

was made and seconded to excuse member Steve Bordenkircher from the meeting.

was made and seconded to approve the minutes of the June 14, 2004 council
meeting. (RC 4 yes 1Abstain)
Mayor’s
Correspondence – Letter from Mary Beck regarding Formula Grant – Street
Improvement, gay street paving. Formula Grant $14,221.00, matching
$3,555.00 for a total of $17,776.00. Will be submitted July 16, 2004.
Letter from Mayor’s Association of Ohio. Membership
dues are $20.00. A motion was made and seconded to approve the cost of dues
(RC 5 yes)
Mayor to check with Commissioners for more
information regarding Water/Sewer Advisory Board appointment.

Resolution to Amend the 2004 Permanent Appropriations Ordinance 2003-32
adding $10,000.00 to General Fund. A motion was made and seconded to
suspend the three reading rule. (RC 5 yes) A motion was made and seconded to

Annexation Ordinance. First Reading. A motion was made and seconded to
