A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE 2004 PERMANENT APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE 2003-32, ADDING $5000 TO THE WATER FUND (601)

Section I:          That there be and hereby be added to the Water Fund (601) appropriations the sum of $5000 (Five Thousand Dollars and no cents) as follows:

                        601.109.525003          Cap Out – Penn/Michigan                     $5000

This resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately upon passage by Council.

Passed this 26^th day of January 2004.
