 ANNEXATION
ORDINANCE
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the
Village of West Lafayette, State of Ohio as follows:
SECTION I. The Village of West Lafayette, Ohio,
accepts the filing of the Petition For Annexation of certain lands filed
by Agent Ronald Lusk on June 1, 2004.
SECTION II. The Village of West Lafayette, Ohio,
adopts a statement pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 709.031 that it
will provide al services to the annexed area as are available to other
citizens of the Village of West Lafayette, Ohio.
