RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE SETTLEMENT

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of West Lafayette, State of Ohio as follows:

SECTION I: That the Village Solicitor be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a settlement agreement and release for the sum of One Thousand and 00/100 ($1,000.00) Dollars with Jessie A. Brady and Barnabus T. Brady, 112½ East Main Street, West Lafayette, in exchange for a complete release and covenant not to sue.

SECTION III: That this ordinance shall be passed and take effect and be in force as a non-emergency measure after three readings and approval by the Mayor.
