RESOLUTION TO TRANSFER $2,500.00 FROM THE GENERAL FUND (101) TO THE  OTHER GRANTS – POOL FUND (605)

BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE Council of the Village of West Lafayette, State of Ohio, County of Coshocton:

Section I:  That there be and hereby be $2,500.00 transferred from the General Fund (101) to Pool Other Grants Fund.    605.000.414500

Section II.  That this ordinance shall be and hereby is declared to be an emergency necessary for the health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of the Village of West Lafayette, Ohio, and for reason thereof shall be effective upon passage by council and signed by the Mayor.
