AN ORDINANCE TO ESTABLISH THE YEAR 2004 PAY SCALE
FOR FISCAL OFFICER OF THE VILLAGE OF WEST LAFAYETTE, OHIO, AND TO REPEAL
ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT THEREWITH
WHEREAS, in order to compensate the Fiscal Officer of
the Village of West Lafayette, Ohio, properly, and to adjust the Fiscal
Officer’s pay rates, in order to have satisfactory rates for calendar year
2004;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the
Village of West Lafayette, State of Ohio, as follows:
Section
I The rates of compensation for administrative and office
employees of the Village of West Lafayette effective December 13, 2003,
retroactive to October 1, 2004, shall be and herewith are established as
follows:
Fiscal
Officer $26,250.00 annual paid biweekly
Section
II All provisions of Ordinances and Resolutions inconsistent with
the provisions herein shall be and herewith are amended to the extent they
otherwise would be applicable to the pay rates of the above pay categories
and classifications on and after December 28, 2003, otherwise however, they
shall remain in full force and effect.
Section
III. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
immediately upon passage by Council.
