A RESOLUTION FOR CERTIFICATION OF MILLAGE FOR REPLACEMENT OF TAX LEVY

 In accordance with Section 5705.03 of the Ohio Revised Code, the Village of West Lafayette requests certification from the County Auditor of the total current tax valuation of the village.

The Village of West Lafayette intends to submit the following levy for passage in the May, 2005 election:

Millage:   3

Purpose of the Levy:  Current Expense

Levy Type:  Replacement.

The Village of West Lafayette also requests certification from the County Auditor of the dollar amount of revenue generated by the passage of this levy.
