at 7:00 P.M., in the municipal building with Mayor Jack L. Patterson
presiding.

A motion
was made and seconded to approve the minutes of the March 28, 2005 council
meeting. (RC 6 yes)

Resolution 2005-06: Resolution Designating Financial Institutions As Public
Depositories, and Declaring and Emergency. A motion was made and
seconded to suspend the rules (RC 6 yes) A motion was made and seconded to
adopt resolution 2005-06. (RC 6 yes)
Reports:
Village Administrator: Estimates for paving
projects. (Center and Gay Streets) $19,976 per street. Village match would
be $19,976 for project (50% match). A motion was made to authorize the
Village Administrator to proceed with application (RC 6 yes). Contract sent
to Bullseye.
