 RESOLUTION
TO AMEND THE 2005 PERMANENT APPROPRIATIONS ORDIANCE 2004-27, ADDING
$10,296.00 TO THE DEBT SERVICE FUND (404) AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
SECTION I. That the be and hereby added to the
Debt Service Fund (404) appropriations the sum of $10,296.00 (Ten Thousand
Two Hundred ninety-six Dollars and no cents) as follows:
404.105.523000 CONTRACTOR SVCS
$10,296.00
SECTION II. That this resolution is hereby
declared to be an emergency measure for the immediate preservation of the
public peace, welfare, and safety of the Village of West Lafayette, Ohio.
This resolution shall therefore, take effect and be in force immediately
upon its passage by Council.
