A RESOLUTION TO TRANSFER MONIES WITHIN (601) WATER FUND, DEPT (801) GEN OBLIGATION AND WITHIN (602) SEWER FUND, DEPT (801) GEN OBLIGATION.

BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE Council of the Village of West Lafayette, State of Ohio, County of Coshocton:

Section I:  That there be and hereby transferred the following within (601) Water Fund, Dept (801):

            $  477.34 from 601.801.526201 to 601.801.526101

            $4230.98 from 601.801.526104 to 601.801.526105

Section II:  That there be and hereby transferred the following with (602) Sewer Fund, Dept (801):

            $  1693.62 from 602.801.526200 to 602.801.526100

            $11409.42 from 602.801.526300 to 602.801.526301

This resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately upon passage by Council.
