A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE 2005 PERMANENT APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE 2004-27, ADDING $1,400.00 TO THE GENERAL FUND (101), DEPT. (102) FIRE DEPARTMENT AND REDUCING THE POOL FUND (605), BY $3,000.00

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of West Lafayette, State of Ohio, as follows:

SECTION I:      That there be and hereby added to the General Fund (101), Dept. (102) Fire appropriations as follows: 

101.101.525000          Cap Out - Equipment                                       $1,400.00

SECTION II:  That there be and hereby reduced from the Pool Fund (605) appropriations as follows:

605.305.521200          Benefits                                                            -$1,000.00

605.305.523400          Pro Svcs                                                          -$1,000.00

605.305.523500          Maint                                                               -$   500.00

605.305.524000          Supplies                                                           -$   500.00

This resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately upon passage by Council.
