 RESOLUTION
TO AMEND THE 2005 PERMANENT APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE 2004-27, ADDING
$1,000.00 TO THE GENERAL FUND (101) AND $20,000.00 TO THE SEWER FUND (602)
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
SECTION I. That the be and hereby added to the
General Fund (101) appropriations the sum of $1,000.00 (One Thousand Dollars
and no cents) as follows:
101.102.524500 FUEL -
FIRE $ 1,000.00
SECTION II. That the be and hereby added to the
Sewer Fund (602) appropriations the sum of $20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand
Dollars and no cents) as follows:
602.105.523100 UTILITIES
PUMP/SE $12,000.00
602.105.523400 PRO SVCS
PUMP/SE $ 8,000.00
SECTION II. That this resolution is hereby
declared to be an emergency measure for the immediate preservation of the
public peace, welfare, and safety of the Village of West Lafayette, Ohio.
This resolution shall therefore, take effect and be in force immediately
upon its passage by Council.
