RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE 2005 PERMANENT APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE 2004-27, REDUCING CALHOUN PARK TRUST FUND  BY $300.00 AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY

SECTION I.  That there be and hereby reduced from the Calhoun Park Trust Fund appropriations the sum of $300.00 (Three Hundred Dollars and no cents) as follows:

            801.301.523500          PARK MAINT                                                -$300.00

SECTION II. That this resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure for the immediate preservation of the public peace, welfare, and safety of the Village of West Lafayette, Ohio.  This resolution shall therefore, take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage by Council.
