A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE 2005 PERMANENT APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE 2004-27

 

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of West Lafayette, State of Ohio, as follows:

 

SECTION I: That there be and hereby transfer to the following funds as follows:

 

GENERAL FUND

 

DEPT 102 – FIRE

 

$500.00 From 101.102.52110 VOL. BOUNS FIRE to 101.102.523000 CONTR SVCS

 

SECTION II: That there be and hereby added to the appropriations as follows:

 

GENERAL FUND


$200.00 to 101.709.521200 BENEFITS- VILLAGE SOLICITOR

 

SEWER FUND

 

$325.56 to 602.801.526100 – DP OWDA

 

 

This resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately upon passage by Council.
