 AUTHORIZING
LEGISLATION RESOLUTION VILLAGE OF WEST LAFAYETTE
On motion by __Bordenkircher______ the council of the
Village of West Lafayette, Coshocton County, Ohio moved to make application
for OPWC – Round 19 funding for the capital improvement know as County
Resurfacing Program –2006.
The Village will apply with other townships, villages,
city and the Coshocton County Engineer, who will serve as the lead agency
for this project.
The Village will provide their share of the local match
as determined by the County Engineer and certified by the Chief Financial
Officer.
