A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM THE GENERAL FUND (101) TO CAP PROJECTS FUND (402)

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of West Lafayette, State of Ohio, as follows: 

SECTION I:  That there by and hereby transferred to the following funds as follows:

GENERAL FUND (101) $12,000.00 TO CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND (402) to correct expenses made from the 402 account in 2005.  This action will bring the 402 account into balance.

SECTION II:  That this Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately upon passage by Council.
