A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE 2006 PERMANENT APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE 2005-22, TRANSFERRING FUNDS

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of West Lafayette, State of Ohio, as follows:

SECTION I: That there be and hereby transfer to the following funds as follows:

$17,500.00 from 402.202.523400 Cap Out St Paving to 201.202.525000 Cap Out Paving

SECTION II:  That this Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately upon passage by Council.
