A RESOLUTION TO TRANSFER MONIES

WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND.

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of West Lafayette, State of Ohio, as follows:

SECTION I:  That there by and hereby transferred to the following funds as follows:

POLICE DEPARTMENT 101.101.523600 INS - POLICE TO:

   101.101.51100 WAGES                                                      $  1,500.00.

CLK/TREAS DEPARTMENT 101.704.523700 ADVERT – CLK/TREAS TO:

   101.709.521200 VILLAGE SOLICITOR BENEFITS         $     500.00

SECTION II:  That this Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately upon passage by Council.
