A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE 2007 PERMANENT APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE 2006-21 GIVEN THAT CERTAIN EMPLOYEE DUTIES HAVE CHANGED AND OBLIGATIONS RELATING TO THE BROWNFIELD PHASE II PROJECT.

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of West Lafayette, State of Ohio, as follows:

SECTION I:  That there be and hereby added to the following funds:

201.202.521100 WAGES- STREET FUND                                                               $    30,327.18

201.202.521200 BENEFITS – STREET FUND                                                          $    15,215.19

403.106.523000 CAP IMPROVEMENT – BROWNFIELD PHASE II                      $  261,860.00 602.110.521100 WAGES - SEWER FUND                                                                  $      5,699.98

602.110.521200 BENEFITS – SEWER FUND                                                          $      1,285.00

SECTION II: That there be and hereby decrease from the following fund:         

601.110.521100 WAGES- WATER FUND                                                                $    36,027.16

601.110.521200 BENEFITS – WATER FUND                                                          $    16,500.19 

 This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately upon passage by Council.
