A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE 2007 PERMANENT APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE 2006-21, ADDING FUNDS

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of West Lafayette, State of Ohio, as follows:

SECTION I:  That there be and hereby added to the following fund as follows:

201.202.525000                      CAP OUT - PAVING                         $  4,764.52

601.210.521200                      BENEFITS – BILL’G/WATER           $ 1,200.00

602.210.521200                      BENEFITS – BILL’G/SEWER            $ 1,200.00

SECTION II:  That this Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately upon passage by Council.
