A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE OF WEST LAFAYETTE TO MAKE APPLICATION FOR OPWC – ROUND 22 FUNDING FOR THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT KNOWN AS LOCAL RESURFACING PROGRAM – 2008 AND COUNTY OPWC RESURFACING PROGRAM – 2008.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council for the Village of West Lafayette, Ohio as follows:

Section I: The village will apply with other townships, villages, city and the Coshocton County Engineer, who will serve as the lead agency for this project. The village will provide their share of the local match as determined by the County Engineer and certified by the Chief Financial Officer.

SECTION II:  That this Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately upon passage by Council.

SECTION III:  That this Resolution shall be and hereby is in full force and effect upon its passage and upon the earliest date allowed by law.
