Citizens’ comments – Marissa A. Mullett, Ohio State University Extension Educator, introduced herself to Council and Mayor. She briefly described her responsibilities and duties and welcomed any questions or concerns from village council.

Several concerned citizens for the Paradise Trailer Court expressed their concerns about the village possibly shutting off their water due to a delinquent bill of their landlord, Tim Davis. All of the tenants stated that they pay their rent along with their water bill directly to Tim Davis. Therefore, they feel they shouldn’t be penalized for this delinquent bill. Mr. Davis has previously made arrangements with Mayor Patterson and agreed to pay $1,000 by February 1st. Mayor Patterson agreed to extend the shut off period if this money is received. Davis also agreed that the remaining delinquent balance would be paid within 3 months.
